None: Diet has little effect on arthritic symptoms in spite of what others may say. There are no controlled studies supporting dietary benefit.

Anti-inflammatory: Anti-infl diets can be found online basically eating foods as close to their natural state as possible & not eating anything with a label on it (processed). Anti-infl herbs include turmeric, ginger, rosemary & many more. Zyflamend is a good herbal anti-inflammatory. Try same 400 - 1600 mg/ day (not with bipolar or prostate cancer) must be taken with b-complex. Glucosamine helps. All take time.
