I want to know what is the difference between lap band and realize band?

Different companies: Both function the same. Lap band is made by allergan and comes in 2 sizes (standard and large). Realize is made by johnson & johnson and is somewhat softer but comes in 1 size. Most surgeons will offer both as long as available at hospital.
