Probably cured: The shot almost certainly was ceftriaxone, which is extremely reliable treatment. Your symptoms clearing up is good evidence you were cured. However, gonorrhea treatment usually also includes an oral antibiotic (doxycycline or azithromycin) in case chlamydia also is present (which it is in 20-30% of women with gonorrhea); check with doctor if uncertain. Get retested for both after 2-3 months.
