Exercise & medicine: Parkinson disease is caused by a loss of dopamine-producing cells in the brain. When one loses enough of these, the symptoms begin. The treatment includes cardiovascular exercise, but mostly by medication that replicates the effect of the dopamine. There is no evidence for any benefit of vastu remedies.

Parkinson's disease: Parkinsons disease (pd) is a degenerative disorder of the central nervous system with motor symptoms due to the death of dopamine-generating cells in the substantia nigra. Later in its course cognitive and behavioral problems may occur in addition. School medicine teaches that there is no cure for pd, but medications, surgery and multidisciplinary management can provide symptomatic relief.
