Why do you ask?: Parenthood is not for everyone. This is the 21st century and you have a right to remain single, or to end a relationship of any kind rather than bear a child you do not want. If you both desire to become a mother and fear the process, burden, and responsibility, you are like many (perhaps most) other women -- i'd urge you to talk with as many wise & good people as you can find.
