Would it be acceptable to cross your legs at the knees or ankles after knee replacement surgery?

Yes but confirm: Hip replacements are put in via several different surgical approaches. Each has its position of instability of which your surgeon is aware of and tests at the end of the procedure. Avoidance of extreme positions is a good rule of thumb, and asking your surgeon what position to avoid is best.

Cross Legs: After you are completely healed there shouldn't be any issue. I don't do knees but after ankle replacement is healed they can cross the legs at the ankle.
