Try chromium : Try taking 200 -400 mcg of chromium picolinate daily which may help reduce cravings, increase your consumption of healthy foods that contain fiber which should make your feel full and hopefully discourage over eating and exercise to burn extra cals. You may also consider consulting a nutritionist/ dietitian who can create a comprehensive plan to help you minimize weight gain while on your period.
