I'm starting abdominal radiation tomorrow. how long until you feel side effects?

2-3 weeks: Effects of radiation are slow in onset. But mild nausea can occur if intestines are in the field like they would be in your case(abdominal radiation). Mild diarrahea could also developm after a couple of weeks. Blood counts can go down in 2-3 weeks.
