NOt likely: If you have been eating a well balanced diet with plenty of fruits/veggies, fish/meats etc...Your body likely has good storage of the vitamins to last for quite awhile. Also, vitamins/mineral supplements should be used as supplement, not to replace your diet. So, eating a well balanced diet will eliminate the need for those pills. Stay healthy. Live well. Live long.
