Varies: Some have strongly sensitive reaction to marijuana which includes red eyes. Others respond less. The effect usually lasts as long as the euphoria and generally becomes less with regular use. If you need to appear in photographs or have an interview, for instance, then lay off the stuff until those events are over.

Eye will turn red on the outside/focusing on objects hurts the closer it gets. Both eyes do it, but only 1 @ a time. Lasts 4-7 days.
