Wisdom tooth surgery: I'm not sure what you are asking about "before", but wisdom teeth surgery is simply the removal of these (usually 4) teeth that developmentally are supposed to erupt at about age 21 (hence "wisdom teeth"). Depending on their position, the extractions could be simple or very complex if impacted (below bone). In this case, they may be sectioned for removal.
