Knee pain: Any injury. Is it acute or gradual? Swelling, tenderness, reddness..Etc.. Would need X-ray and good exam.

Many possibilities: There are many possible causes to knee pain. They can include a fracture, ligament tear or strain, cartilage tear or inflammation, joint arthritis, cyst within the knee (baker's cyst), excess fluid in the joint, or other causes. Best to see your family doctor or orthopedist to help make the diagnosis.
