What foods you can eat to stop diarhea?

Diarrhea: Depends on what is causing the diarrea, and whether it is acute or chronic. Best is to search for the cause and then use appropriate diet. If this is a long term problem then best to see a gastro-enterologist for help.

BRAT diet: Different if (short-term) or chronic diarrhea. Chronic diarrhea needs further evaluation. Bananas, rice (white, digestible), applesauce (has pectin), toast (white, digestible), tea (has tannins, helps). Plenty of fluid, not just water. Miso soup easily digestible. Add boiled, broiled chicken, fish for protein, potato. Probiotics, e.G florastor can help. Hold on dairy; add cooked vegs. Advance.
