Soluble fiber: if you have chronic diarrhea, and have been tested and no cause is found- I suggest foods high in soluble fiber, because they absorb the fluid and make a firmer stool. Foods such as oatmeal and applesauce to give an example. Stay away from insoluble fiber- cause that would make the diarrhea worse.
