IT DEPENDS what bact: Bacteria you have, the usual txments are Cleocin (clindamycin phosphate) vaginal, or Metrogel vaginal, or Flagyl pills but you should have a culture sent to the lab by your gyn because you may need something else depending on what type and how many different bacteria you have, you may have only one or i had a pt who had 7 differnet ones.
