Is it possible to become illiterate because of ocd?

Reassurance Trap?: Is this a thought (fear) that's getting stuck in your head and causes you to feel very anxious and worried? If so, then there's no point in any of us giving you a logical answer to this because it won't reassure ocd. Believe it or not, it might actually be helpful to imagine becoming losing your ability to read and write, and then thinking about how you would handle the problem!

No, not really: The only way OCD could cause you to become illiterate is if you convinced yourself that was a rational possibility. The mind has an amazing capacity to play tricks on itself. There is no connection between OCD and illiteracy. Treating the root causes of the OCD, with medication and/or therapy, will help get rid of this fear.
