Yes: There are several conditions which could cause heart attacks in minors. Fortuitously, these are rare. Congenital coronary anomaly, prolonged qt syndrome, hypertrophic cardiomyopathy, brugada syndrome, arrhythmogenic rv cardiomyopathy, and wolff-parkinson white syndrome are conditions which would fall into the class of potentially life threatening heart conditions in the young.
