100%: For your age, a heart rate of 180-185 is 100% of your maximum predicted HR. If you're sprinting, that's normal and you ought to feel tired! If you're not performing peak exercise, it's abnormal and needs investigation. In that case, you have an arrhythmia and it would account for your feeling poorly. (luckily, it's very treatable).
