Missed doses: The best strategy is not to forget to take your medications. You may use pill-box organizers and set up reminders in order to take your meds on time. You may have some anxiety symptoms if you miss buspirone. You should not experience any signficant worsening of your depression if you miss bupropion for one day. You should not take and extra pill of either of these medications if you miss a dose.

Need reminders: Missing a dose one day is not a problem, but frequently missing doses could be. Try to set up some kind of reminder system that helps you get into a routine.

Are they helping?: If they r helping u might end up with a return of your symptoms of depression & anxiety eventually shouldn't have discontinuance symptoms from either drug.
