How difficult is it to get a prescription for valium to help deal with stress?

Variable: It is variable. Valium is an older benzodiazapine. I don't know too many doctors who prescribe it for stress. I try to avoid benzodizapines for stress in favor of talking therapy and selective serotonin reuptake inhibitors.
