How come i have a lump in my mouth and how comees it hurt?

Infection?: We wish we could answer these questions over the internet. However, without actually seeing you clinically along with an x-ray, we can't know exactly what is wrong. It is most likely some sore of infection. Obviously, it's time to see your dentist for an evaluation and appropriate treatment. Don't wait, infections can be deadly.
