Is a lump in the roof of the mouth always a cancer?. i have a lump for almost 5 month it does not hurt. but i noticed it is little bet bigger today.

Get checked up: Not all such lumps are cancerous. But any new growth requires a check up from a doctor. You should go see your Family doctor or dentist and get their opinion. If it is increasing in size, a Biopsy may be indicated to find out what it is and rule out cancer.
