What are the best ways to lose weight while having thyroid?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Same as anyone: If your thyroid level is controlled, it's the same as anyone without a thyroid problem. 3500 calories to the pound. Eat more than you burn off and you'll gain weight; eat less than you burn off, and you'll lose weight. There's no magic, just proper nutrition and exercise. Don't get your medical information from friends, tv or the internet.
