Depends: There are many possibilities for your son's symptoms. It may be a simple viral infection or something more serious. I would recommend having him seen by a pediatrician, if you haven't already.

Not good things: This can be a sign of virus or even brain inflammation. This can be very serious. See your primary doc asap or call them asap.
