A member asked:

Is taking a pill under your tongue not as difficult on your liver?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Pills under tongue: No. Your liver doesn't care how it got the medication. It receives it from your circulatory system. Whether this is through the lining of your mouth or gut doesn't make a difference.
