Soon: Depends on proximity to a blood processing center, but testing is done as soon as possible, since it must be completed (and all negative) prior to releasing the blood products for use and then shipping to wherever it is needed. The blood donation is only usable for a maximum of 120 days and demand is always present, so everything is done as quickly as possible.
