May be stomach: The intestines cramp as well (not just the uterus). You may be having some GI issues, like irritable bowel syndrome.

GI problem?: Cramping in the abdomen not associated with the menstrual period may be caused by the GI tract. Irritable bowel syndrome (ibs) can cause abdominal cramping.
