Can you suggest how to lower my c-reactive protein test?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Why is it up?: CRP is a test that measures inflammation. It can be used to follow infection, inflammatory arthritis, and if a high sensitivity CRP is used to assess cardiovascular risk. If it shows increase risk to the heart the level is mildly elevated and diet, exercise, management of cholesterol will help. If there is igh inflammation the underlying cause needs to be found and treated.
