Yes: Sinusitis can inflame the nasal lining so air movement through the nose is irritating. It can also inflame the lungs causing asthma like symptoms such as chest tightness, wheezing and dyspnea. Post nasal drainage will also irritate the throat making breathing uncomfortable.
