See a doctor: In most cases , breast pain is related to fibrocystic changes (refer to my other posts on this topic). Changes in the appearance and shape of the breast is very concerning! i highly recommend you contact your primary doctor or gyn for evaluation. This should include a clinical breast exam, mammogram and ultrasound.
