A member asked:

Could it be a bad idea going to sleep right after eating breakfast lunch or dinner?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Generally yes: Try not go go to sleep with food in stomach (so within 1-2 hours). This can contribute to more reflux and your body needing gravity to help it digest. Unless schedule is very erratic, there are few reasons why you would be sleeping during your normal wake hours.
