Are there effects of smoking to the disease multiple sclerosis? what are they?

BAD idea: Smoking increases risk of getting ms, and makes disease worse if pt does smoke. Very clear, in retrospect, that smoke is a mixture of many toxins, most of which can adversely affect the immune system. Stop smoking regardless of whether or not you have ms.
