Yes but carefully: In the us the question asked on job forms is usually not 'do you have a mental illness?' instead it usually is some version of 'are you impaired by a mental illness.' ideally a person should read te wording of the question very carefully & answer truthfully, but giving only the minimum information justified the wording of the question.
