Multiple available: Soy milk is naturally free of the lactose sugar that triggers the problem. There is also many products that add the enzyme your body doesn't have to digest the lactose sugar (lactase enzyme). When added in proper amounts it prevents any symptoms of intolerance. Lactaid is such a product. You can also take the enzyme in pill form & avoid symptoms.
