I feel sick every time i drink milk (which is odd, because i'm not lactose intolerant), what other ways can i get a good source of calcium?

Calcium : there are many foods besides milk which contain substantial levels of calcium. Yogurt, collard greens, black-eyed peas, cheese food, trail mix, canned salmon, baked beans, tofu, and cottage cheese all contain more than 100 mg of calcium per serving. In addition, you could try skim milk or almond milk. Finally, calcium supplements such as Tums (calcium carbonate) are available. Good luck.
