A member asked:

I suffer from nervous twitches in the face. is this due to vitamin b deficiency?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Unlikely: Twitching in face could be hemifacial spasm, myokymia, or tics. Your doctor should be able to differentiate between these causes. Vitamin deficiency is an unlikely cause for any of these. Depending on which it is, your doctor may order blood workup and MRI to identify underlying cause and treat accordingly. Hope this helps.
