I was wondering what affect physical stress would have on my stomach?

Ulcers: Infection with h. Pylori, drugs (eg. Asa, nsaids) and physical stress are all causes of ulcers. Stress can also produce non-ulcer dyspepsia i.e. Ulcer symptoms in absence of a physical ulcer. Good luck!
