Why time crunch?: Being under time pressure to "snap out of it" will usually make it worse. Panic is from adrenaline release when there is no true emergency. It only lasts 15 minutes & then is instant off unless u put more pressure on yrself & then u will continue to dump more adrenaline. Relaxing & focusing attention on fully exhaling (big sigh) can help, along w anything soothing that takes your mind off it.
