Consider eating oatmeal, bran, apples, oranges, pears, bananas, grapefruit, hazelnuts, avocado, brewer's yeast, royal jelly, saffron, tumeric, honey (buckwheat), alfalfa sprouts, celery, beets, eggplant, garlic, onion, chili peppers, legumes, dandelion root & jerusalem artichoke.
