What to do if i never have any dessert in my diet, is that bad?

What dessert?: What do you mean by dessert? Cheesecake? I consider an apple or orange dessert. I dont see how not having a high fat high sugar dessert as a cookie or cake can be a bad thing. You are to be commended. There are good desserts such as a homemade fruit cup.
