There are many: Just try to steer away from high fat and sugar and salt. Fish is a good snack - squid, shrimp, lobster... All are high in protein. Lean meats are also good.

School snacks: Assuming you'd need something portable, I would suggest low fat yogurt, edamame, rice and beans in a container, or a handful of dried fruit and mixed nuts (just a handful as nuts have a pretty high fat content). If you're really strapped, you can have a protein bar or shake but I'd rather see you eating real foods.
