Read your labels.: Meat, fish, and chicken are great protein sources. But don't overlook high-protein snacks such as hard-boiled eggs, string cheese, or greek yogurt. (read your labels, though, as greek yogurt may vary from 8 to 23 grams per serving!) you can buy good protein drinks already prepared. Or blend your own smoothies using fruit, ice, and whey protein powder. Lgromkomd.

Healthful protein: Snacks: mixed nuts (especially pistachios & almonds for less saturated fat), roasted pumpkin seeds, hard boiled egg, celery filled w/ nut butter topped w/ raisins, roasted soybeans, kind bars, low-sodium beef/turkey jerky, steamed edamame, protein shakes, etc. Google for many more.
