Go to doctor: Tb is a serious infection not only dangerous for the patient but also for the family and more so, the public in general. You should have already taken him to the doctor to get examined, confirm the TB diagnosis, and start treatment. Also, this is a public health issue & must be reported to the govt to ensure he takes his meds. Take him to a doctor or clinic now!

Should improve: Cough is a symptom of tb, and since he should be taking medications, his cough should get better. If not, cough syrups can help. Also, talk to his doctor, since he might have another condition such as copd, that needs to be treated too.
