Viral: Sounds like a viral upper respiratory infection (cold). There are many different causes but one of the most common is called the rhinovirus.

Possibly....: There are many etiologies of cough and fever including bronchitis, pneumonia, tb, etc. You would likely have other symptoms if related to TB including weight loss, malaise, night sweats, etc. If no other symptoms are present, it is unlikely to be tb. See your doctor for evaluation so your symptoms can be diagnosed and treatment rendered.

Highly doubtful: Tb is a chronic illness characterized by cough, night sweats, weight loss, a positive PPD skin test or gamma interferon release test with apical infiltrates on cxr. Sputum smears and cultures are positive for afb/tb. It's more likely you have a viral respiratory infection and less likely a bacterial one.
