Which type of vitamins should a teenage boy take?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Depends: If eating a healthy, well rounded diet, probably doesn't need vitamins. If not, see your physician for nutritional evaluation and counseling specific to your child's needs. Some problems can't be solved by simply taking a pill.
