can someone tell me how long will it take to get a toned stomach?

Long time...: To acquire toned and muscular abs you will have to do lots of core exercises for months on end. To see them you will have to diet and lose belly fat and get down to a low percentage of body fat to unveil the abs you so desire to show off. Good luck!

Hiatus hernia.: I'm not completely sure what you mean, but you could be referring to a hiatus hernia, which is a condition where the upper part of the stomach protrudes into the chest through a tear or weakness in the diaphragm. This can cause shortness of breath, coughing, vomiting, and severe reflux. It often requires correction with surgery.

Not well: The organism is killed by stomach acid so those with diminished levels of gastric acid are more susceptible. If you ingest enough, some danger through.

Agree. Antacids taken soon before the vibrio is ingested cause significant risk. This happened to me once.
