Short answer: yes: Bad food makes you feel bad. Food made with care helps you feel cared for. In general, non-processed foods that provide balanced energy are best. Avoid the highs and crashes of sugary food and bloating from too much salt. Low fat protein is essential for moderating moods. A small treat of dark chocolate is actually good for moods. Eat less, more often. Be moderate - not too much or too little.
