Geeze I wonder.: No time to take care of oneself as the baby becomes center of the universe. Eating junk or snacking when their isn't time to prepare and sit down to a wholesome meal. Scratching gym time and personal trainer off the schedule to focus fulltime on motherhood. Soothing frustration or baby blues with food. There are lots of possible reasons for weight gain.
