How can the morning after or abortion pill work?

Two different pills: The "morning after" pill is not an abortion pill since it works by delaying or inhibiting ovulation. It does not always work because it is not always successful doing this. The medications used as an "abortion pill" (a medical abortion) actually disrupt an already established pregnancy.
