Depends on Mondays: If Monday a few days ago or a week ago, there will still be bHCG hormone from the placenta circulating in the woman's body and ending up in her urine to show a positive test. If the pill successfully kills the fetus and placenta, then bHCG levels drop in half about every 32 hours. In some cases, it takes 2-3 weeks for the pregnancy tests to show a negative result.
